Claudia is a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) who earned her Masters degree in Marriage and Family Therapy from The Family Institute at Northwestern University. Harris Family & Child Clinic, where she worked with individuals, couples, and families from various backgrounds on a wide array of issues. Prior to her time at Northwestern, she obtained a Bachelor of Arts degree in Psychology from the University of Wisconsin-Madison. Claudia also maintains a certificate in Executive Coaching, which complements her clinical training.

Claudia works with clients in a space that fosters personal growth, learning, and change through an integrative, strengths-based approach. To implement healthy solutions, Claudia collaborates with clients to view problems as multifaceted, guiding clients by using their unique strengths to lift constraints that contribute to the overarching problem. Claudia’s approach places an emphasis on long-lasting change as it relates to the intersection between clients’ emotions, thoughts, and actions. While Claudia offers direct, honest feedback to her clients, she also approaches her clients with warmth and care in order to create a healthy working relationship. Claudia’s goal is to work together to solve issues her clients present with, hold clients accountable for change, and create a safe space to process and achieve personal growth within.

With years of professional and personal experience working with successful executives and senior leaders, Claudia specializes in executive therapy - working therapeutically to help high-level professionals achieve their personal and professional goals in one powerful space. She has extensive training in anxiety, entrepreneurship, imposter syndrome, work-life balance, professional constraints, couples issues, leadership issues, communication skill-building, depression, conflict resolution, and family difficulties. She also offers executive coaching services, which differs from longer term mental health treatment.

Prior to launching her business, Claudia worked as a Staff Marriage and Family Therapist at a private practice and also at a partial-hospitalization program in the Chicagoland area. Claudia also previously maintained a Manager of Client Relations role at a leading Managed Services Provider (MSP) / IT consultancy firm. She has since provided lunch-and-learn services, workshops, and facilitated discussions regarding the intersection of mental well-being and the workplace.

In her free time, you can find Claudia at the dog park with her pup (Alfie), testing out new and delicious recipes in the kitchen, and spending time with her friends and family.
